Kenny represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. He represents both landlords and tenants in office, medical, retail and industrial leasing. Kenny provides his clients with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of a real estate transaction.
1998-Present Property Management
Kenny is responsible for the collection of rent from tenants, paying all expenses and keeping track of expenditures and income from tenants as well as leasing out vacant space in both office and industrial properties. He maintains a vendor list and negotiates contract terms with vendors for various services needed to maintain the buildings. Kenny managed an executive suite business and was responsible for the hiring and the management of the executive suite staff.
