On March 27, 2025, the Glendale Chamber of Commerce honored Randy Stevenson, president of Stevenson Real Estate Services, as the 2025 Man of the Year at its Awards and State of the City Luncheon. Fellow honorees included former Glendale mayor Paula Devine, Humanitarian of the Year, Glendale Fire Department and Glendale Police Department, recipients of the Community Excellence Award, Nothing Bunt Cakes – Glendale, Business of the Year, and Jennifer Schultz Bertolet, president of David N. Schultz, Inc., Woman of the Year. The State of the City speech was given by Glendale’s mayor Elen Asatryan. Upon accepting his award, Randy recognized Glendale’s exceptional police and fire departments, its place as a regional destination for living, shopping and employment and its exceptional, entrepreneurial business community. Randy has devoted over half of his life to the growth and success of Glendale and vowed to continue his dedication to the city. Born in the city of Glendale, Randy became the president of Stevenson Real Estate Services in 2016. The company, established in Glendale in 1962, is a full-service real estate brokerage firm that represents investors and business owners in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties as well as landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial properties. Randy also serves as vice president of Stevenson Management Company, a property management company which he founded with his brother Bob in 2000. Randy served as a board member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and is currently the president of the Greater Downtown Glendale Association, a business improvement organization that advances and promotes Greater Downtown Glendale, provides ambassadors who keep the district clean and safe, and creates new public spaces all in order to increase commercial activity and value for businesses and property owners. He is also a board member of Las Palmas Foundation, an affordable housing provider with 6,500 units in 71 affordable housing projects located throughout California.
