CAREER HISTORY
Patrick has been with the company since 2008 and brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to all of his transactions. He is client oriented and represents Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords in all types of property: land, office, industrial, retail, apartments, specialty properties and even the occasional single-family home. As an investor and property owner himself, Patrick knows firsthand the needs and challenges of owners and tenants alike.
Patrick assists clients in the acquisition and leasing of commercial and investment properties. Patrick also conducts research and market analysis, project management, and transaction coordination. He is focused on continual marketing and property promotion as well as client prospecting
Prior to joining Stevenson Real Estate Services, Patrick enjoyed a top sales position at Kappa Studios, a Burbank post production facility. With his media knowledge, communication and background, Patrick is a unique member of the Stevenson staff allowing for increased level of service to this industry.
EDUCATION
Patrick attended Biola University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2007. He graduated Cum Laude.
